Last Friday, in a 6-3 vote, the US Supreme Court dismissed the 1973 lawsuit,

which had guaranteed the constitutional right to abortion in the United States for nearly 50 years.

The US Supreme Court ruling expected to ban abortion in about half of the country’s states.

But President Joe Biden condemned the decision, saying it took the United States 150 years back.

At a news conference, Biden said the court’s decision to criminalize abortion took the country back to the 18th century.

The court is literally taking America back at least 150 years.

“All in all, it is a sad day for the country,” he added. However, this fact does not mean that the fight is over.

He called on Congress to restore the right to abortion as a federal law.

Many in the country have reacted angrily to the US court’s ruling.

In addition, people in favor of abortion staged protests in front of the court in protest of the verdict.🔱
