    According to nutritionist Munmun Ganeriwal,

turmeric powder is never as effective as turmeric powder, as turmeric powder available in the market can adulterated.

When ghee  used in turmeric-milk, the active compounds of turmeric well absorbed in ghee. That milk became completely nutritious.

Adding black pepper to turmeric-milk multiplies the effect of curcumin found in turmeric.

It is also quite beneficial for health. Ingredients needed for making turmeric-milk- 1/2 inch chopped ginger,

1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder or 1 inch turmeric pieces, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon honey.
